Who Are We?

Restaurant Route 66 was opened on the 18th of October, 2020, by Mohamed Attia who is a highly experienced chef. Having spent 12 years in a French restaurant, Mohamed Attia wanted to experiment with new styles of food that bring out the essence of cultures all over the world. This led to him discovering Restaurant Route 66 which incorporated the principles of creativity and versatility. Our mission statement is to bring together people who enjoy new styles of food.
